My love of the Dark Peak landscape in Derbyshire has provided the inspiration  for a range of work including pots, tiles and wall-hangings.  The natural forms and shapes, textures and colours found in the area are reflected in the ‘Crack in the Landscape’ series.  Pieces are made using heavily grogged stoneware clay decorated with oxides and a range of hire firing glazes.

The wall hangings vary from 20 – 50 cm high and the bowl shown is about 30 cm wide.
